Qualifications and Accredited StudyQualifications
A degree that’s designed for you…
We will soon be launching a BSc (Hons) in Fire and Rescue (Aviation) with the first intake of students being recruited in 2013. We’re launching this qualification with the University of Wolverhampton (UoW) and you can find out more by clicking here
for the FAQs on the degree programme. UoW also offers post-graduate qualifications at Masters Degree level in a range of fire related disciplines. We will be sharing more details on these courses in the coming months.
All our courses are certified and accredited to meet international requirements including CAA, ICAO, OPITO, JOIFF and STCW offering you absolute peace of mind. Alternatively we can arrange internationally recognised bespoke courses to meet your particular needs.
In November 2012, IFTC became the first aviation fire training provider in the UK to gain City and Guilds accreditation for our mandated courses. This is a clear demonstration of our commitment to quality and to bring academic rigour to our training programme. Other courses that we run also attract BTEC certification and we offer a PTTLS level course to trainers from all sectors.
