Meal Arrangements

Breakfast, lunch and dinner is served in the Embers Restaurant located in the Accommodation Building.

Monday - Friday 07.30-08.15
Saturday & Sunday brunch only 10.00 - 12.30

Lunch served
Monday - Friday 12.15-13.00
Saturday & Sunday brunch only 10.00 - 12.30

Evening Meal served
Monday - Thursday 17.30-18.15
Friday - Sunday 17.00-17.45

A meal ticket system is operated for evening meals as follows:

• At lunch make your choice of evening meal from the menu displayed in the Embers Restaurant and take one corresponding meal ticket (A / B / V).
• To receive your evening meal present your ticket to the servery staff who will exchange it for the meal represented by the ticket.
• Delegates staying at the centre during weekends are asked to complete the meal request form provided in their room.
• Halal food is available by prior arrangement.
